Our Mission

We bridge the gap between
prescription and access.

We help keep prescribed care within reach.

Triple Aim Health Foundation was created to reduce the financial barriers that can prevent patients from beginning or continuing prescribed specialty treatment.

Even with insurance, qualifying out-of-pocket costs can place treatment beyond a patient’s financial reach. Triple Aim provides charitable financial assistance to eligible patients, helping make prescribed treatment more accessible.

Our goal is a healthcare system in which cost does not determine whether a patient can receive prescribed treatment. Through clear eligibility standards, independent decision-making, and responsible stewardship of charitable funding, we help move closer to that goal.

Our impact

Real support. Measurable impact.

Since our program began, Triple Aim Health Foundation has helped thousands of patients manage the out-of-pocket costs of prescribed care.

How we work

Clear eligibility standards

We review applications according to established requirements, including insurance coverage, household income, diagnosis, prescribed treatment, and available funding.

Patient-focused assistance

Approved patients may receive financial assistance toward qualifying out-of-pocket costs for prescribed treatment.

Independent decision-making

Triple Aim makes all final eligibility and award decisions. Treatment decisions remain between patients and their healthcare providers, and donors do not select individual recipients.

I was starting to wonder whether I would have to stop treatment because I simply could not afford it. When I learned my treatment would be covered, I felt like I could finally breathe again.
