For many patients, the challenge doesn’t end when a medication is prescribed or approved by insurance. The remaining cost can still determine whether treatment is realistically within reach.
Triple Aim was created to address that gap — the space between having a treatment plan and being able to afford it.
By focusing there, we make the path from prescription to treatment more attainable for the patients we serve.

Executive Director
Sarah Berryman
Sarah Berryman serves as Executive Director of Triple Aim Health Foundation, leading the foundation’s programs, operations, partnerships, fundraising, and organizational strategy. Her work is focused on building patient-assistance programs that are thoughtful, efficient, independently administered, and responsive to the realities patients face when treatment remains unaffordable despite insurance coverage.
Governance
Triple Aim Health Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for oversight of the organization’s mission, strategy, programs, finances, and compliance. The Board protects the foundation’s charitable purpose, oversees the responsible use of funds, and upholds policies that ensure assistance is administered consistently and independently.
